Yesterday, Dad says "Hey, let's go to the NY auto show together tomorrow! We'll take your cousin as well."
So I told him "Okay, what time do you wanna go?"
"Oh, we'll figure that out tomorrow."
"I think we should figure it out now and plan the day ahead of time since driving to Manhattan takes a while."
"We'll worry about it tomorrow..."

This morning I asked him when we're going. "Oh, let's go after lunch."
Fast forward to around 12:30, he says "Yeah, the day is over. I don't want to go."
"This was your idea..."
"Forget I ever came up with it."
Texted my cousin and told him he's not going, asked if he wanted to go still. Ended up staying at his house for the day, still here. We can't go tomorrow since I have been doing homework today and tomorrow AND have stuff at school to do.
I don't like making plans with people much to begin with because stuff like this ALWAYS happens. It just sucks more when it is your own family.
